Tuna poke is a traditional Hawaiian salad of raw tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and onions. Here it’s served over sushi rice with your favorite
toppings.
Ingredients:
1 Package Ruby Red Tuna Cubed
1/2 Red Onion/Sweet Onion
2 Scallion
3 TB Fried Shallot
4 TB Ponzu Sauce
2 TB Sesame Oil
1 tsp Salt
5 TB Furikake (Seaweed Seasoning)
Directions:
1- Slice red onion/sweet onion and scallions.
Soak sliced red/sweet onion in cold water.
2- In a mixing bowl add Ruby Red Tuna Cubes, ponzu sauce, sesame oil, salt, furikake. Strain sliced onions out of water and add into bowl.
Mix.
