Ruby Red Tuna Poke Bowl

Tuna poke is a traditional Hawaiian salad of raw tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and onions. Here it’s served over sushi rice with your favorite toppings.



  • 1 Package Ruby Red Tuna Cubed
  • 1/2 Red Onion/Sweet Onion
  • 2 Scallion
  • 3 TB Fried Shallot
  • 4 TB Ponzu Sauce
  • 2 TB Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 TB Furikake (Seaweed Seasoning)




1- Slice red onion/sweet onion and scallions.

    Soak sliced red/sweet onion in cold water.


2- In a mixing bowl add Ruby Red Tuna Cubes, ponzu sauce, sesame oil, salt, furikake. Strain sliced onions out of water and add into bowl. Mix.

Garnish with scallions and fried shallot.
