RUBY RED SEARED TUNA & MANGO SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Ruby Red Saku
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Mangos
  • 3 Persian Cucumber
  • 1 Lime for Juice
  • 10-12 Mint Leaf
  • 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Fried Shallot
  • 1/2 Cup Panko

Marinade: 2Hrs

Cooking time:5Min Servings: 2

Directions:

 

1- Heat olive oil and add minced garlic.

 

2- Add minced cilantro, oregano, salt, and pepper.

 

3- Add orange juice. Cook for 10 min on medium-low heat, and set aside to cool.

 

4- Combine diced mangos, cut cucumbers, and minced mint leaves with lime juice and fish sauce.

 

5- Marinade tuna in the cooled sauce for at least 2 hours.

 

 

6- Coat tuna in Panko.

 

 

7- Pan-sear tuna with olive oil to the desired temperature.

 

8- Slice and plate, garnish mango salad with fried shallot.
