Ruby Red Tuna Crudo

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Package Ruby Red Saku
  • 2 Lemon (Juice, Zest, Garnish)
  • 1 TB High-Quality Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Fleur De Sal or Maldon Salt
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • Cooking time:5Min      Servings: 4

Directions:

 

1- With a sharp knife slice tuna into 1/4 in slices.

 

 

2- Season plate with lemon, salt, Olive Oil

Plate sliced tuna on a seasoned plate.

 

 

3- Drizzle lemon, olive oil, and capers across plate and tuna.

 

4- Finish with Fleu De Sal or Maldon Salt and zest of 1/2 lemon.
